As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer at Glacier, you are responsible for designing and optimizing our digital products. You will develop user journeys, create UI designs, build prototypes, and conduct UX tests to enhance the user experience. Additionally, you will take care of the design of our website, presentations, and merchandising materials, ensuring that all teams adhere to our branding guidelines. Your creativity and design experience will be instrumental in shaping the "look and feel" of Glacier and its products.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
UI/UX Design:
- Conceptual design to clearly communicate Glacier's value proposition in our products
- Development of user journeys in close collaboration with the product team
- Decision-making on information architecture at screen and navigation levels
- Creation of UI designs for individual screens
- Building interactive prototypes
- Conducting UX tests with clients to optimize the user experience
- Designing product mockups for use in sales presentations Graphic Design:
- Designing and maintaining the company website
- Creating mockups for products, white papers, and reports
- Designing key presentations and graphics for our events and courses
- Ensuring design and brand consistency across all teams
- Preparing print materials for various applications
- Designing and ordering merchandise items
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in design, media informatics, or a comparable field
- Experience in UI/UX and graphic design, ideally in a similar role
- Proficient with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and user-friendliness
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with an interest in sustainable practices
