We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team at Rightway and lead the design of beautiful and intuitive interfaces for our platforms.
In this role, you will
- Own and evolve the design system while creating user-centric interfaces.
- Engage in innovative design trends for visually captivating and highly usable applications.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Redesign existing solutions with a focus on ADA compliance improvements.
You will need
- 7+ years of UI design experience, including 3 years in senior or lead roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your leadership and innovation.
- Experience in owning and evolving design systems.
- Proficient in motion design and UI components.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies and user research.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide design discussions.
