We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our team at Alto Pharmacy. As part of our Design and Research team, you will help inform design decisions critical for our pharmacy products and services.
In this role, you will
- Mentor junior designers and guide product design processes.
- Craft product experiences for Altoβs enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Lead large-scale design projects with a focus on user-centered design.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
You will need
- 12+ years of experience in product design.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industry.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of interaction, visual design, and usability principles.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions.
