We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Renew Home, where you'll have an impact on the future of energy services.
In this role, you will
- Lead design thinking workshops to explore new ideas.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams.
- Create comprehensive product design assets like flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research to inform the product roadmap and validate design decisions.
- Engage in quant data reviews and iterative ideation sessions post-launch.
You will need
- 6+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Collaboration skills with Product Managers and Engineering partners.
- Ability to design simple solutions to complex problems.
- Top-notch communication skills to discuss design work clearly.
- Fluency in Figma and experience in prototyping.
- Low ego, strong collaboration, and an open-minded approach.
