Staff Product Designer

In this role, you will

• Design exceptional experiences that our customers need and love.
• Lead complex projects from concept to final design while ensuring adherence to design standards.
• Understand customers' jobs-to-be-done and integrate this into your design process.
• Solicit diverse perspectives to strengthen your design work.
• Demonstrate ownership by educating others on the best collaborative practices.
• Mentor junior design team members.

You will need

• 6+ years of experience, ideally with developer tool SaaS products.
• A portfolio showcasing your design expertise through all phases of design.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in using and contributing to design systems.
• Ability to craft aesthetically pleasing and pixel-perfect UI designs.
