In this role, you will
- Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions
- Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
- Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
- Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers
You will need
- Experience designing complex products, preferably experience in Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Deep familiarity with site accessibility, discovery & SEO products
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
