In this role, you will
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering and product management.
- Lead initiatives for feature improvements and innovative explorations.
- Drive design efforts and ensure high-quality accessibility standards.
You will need
- A history of leading design efforts at a strategic level.
- Experience in the iterative product development process, including UX flows and UI design.
- Comfort with HTML, CSS, Figma, and GitHub.
- Strong communication skills to convey decision rationale and measurable impacts.
