In this role, you will
- Lead design initiatives for large-scale features that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to create intuitive designs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system development.
- Utilize data analysis to inform design decisions and measure impact.
You will need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in web/app product design.
- Expertise in Figma and strong product thinking skills.
- Experience in leading discussions and making high-level design decisions.
- Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, or React is a plus.
