In this role, you will
- Oversee the design and user experience (UX/UI) of the Contractor web app.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered designs.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation.
- Develop a strong, consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams.
- Conduct discovery and usability testing with the user research team.
- Mentor and guide junior designers in design standards and best practices.
You will need
- Proven experience as a Design Lead or similar role focused on web apps.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design for web apps.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with strong communication skills.
