In this role, you will

- Educate less experienced designers and engage teams to drive design system adoption.
- Scale the design system in line with product and business goals.
- Take responsibility for ensuring consistency and high standards.
You will need
- Proficiency in English to convey information clearly.
- Deep understanding of design systems and experience in building reusable components.
- Familiarity with design tokens for scalable implementation.
- Expertise in UI/UX design for intuitive user experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with front-end developers.
- Mastery of Figma for documenting design components.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Understanding motion design principles for animations.
- Basic front-end coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
