In this role, you will
- Identify customer needs and align them with business goals.
- Organize and conduct UX research and user testing.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes focused on user needs.
- Document design decisions and update design systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for proper implementation.
- Manage design flows and collaborate with senior designers on complex projects.
You will need
- 4+ years of design project experience.
- Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Zeroheight, FigJam, and Miro.
- Basic knowledge of UX research methods.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Autonomy in design tasks with a strategic mindset.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
