In this role, you will
- Create and support amazing solutions across multiple products and features.
- Lead a talented team of product designers.

- Oversee user experience from conception to launch.

- Contribute to strategic decisions around products.
- Identify design opportunities by connecting user insights, data, and business goals.
- Define, craft, and evolve designs within visual systems.
You will need
- Experience working in Product organizations in fast-paced environments.
- Higher education in a design-related degree or similar experience in a product design role is preferred.
- 7+ years of UX Design background with a track record of expertise in end-to-end design.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring midsize Product Design teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Proven understanding of business goals and product metrics.
