In this role, you will
- Lead design through different modalities of interaction.
- Consider entire user journey and opportunities for intelligence.
- Craft intelligent solutions that drive efficiency using lean UX methodologies.
- Spearhead early discovery work collaboratively across matrixed teams.
- Present strategy showcasing storytelling and influencing vision.
- Guide design initiatives and facilitate workshops.
- Mentor junior UX designers.
You will need
- 12+ years of professional experience designing enterprise or consumer products.
- A portfolio focusing on simplifying complex customer journeys.
- Knowledge in networking or related fields.
- Ability to operate from strategy to design.
- Skills in balancing discovery and delivery.
