In this role, you will
- Gather requirements to effectively respond to client needs.
- Run product discovery workshops with coworkers and clients.
- Improve the UI/UX quality of current applications.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint plannings, retrospectives, and demos.
- Attend tech meetups, conferences, and write blog posts.
You will need
- Good understanding of prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Mural, Miro, Hotjar, and Whimsical.
- Background designing mobile and web applications with a focus on user experience.
- Ability to work with and create Design Systems.
- Previous experience in an Agile environment with Software Engineers and Product Owners.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work full time from any of the time zones in the Americas.
