In this role, you will
- Lead a talented design team and foster a design excellence culture at Docplanner.
- Advocate for user-centric design solutions from conception to launch.
- Proactively solicit and provide feedback to improve design quality.
- Define and evolve design standards specific to Docplanner.
You will need
- At least 7 years of UX Design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design execution and leadership.
- Background in leading mid-sized product design teams and working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong UI skills, with a keen eye for detail in creating visually appealing designs.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, including A/B testing.
