We are looking for a Product Design Manager to lead our design efforts at Grow Therapy.
In this role, you will
- Serve as a voice for our users by researching provider and payor needs.
- Inspire and align cross-functional teams around design visions.
- Transform insights into user-centric solutions that meet business goals.
- Engage with multiple workstreams across product areas.
- Promote a culture of care, empathy, and open communication.
- Manage and empower a team of product designers.
- Align design strategies with broader company objectives.
- Lead initiatives that identify product opportunities.
- Articulate design strategy and progress to teams and stakeholders.
- Make key design decisions and resolve challenges.
- Set and maintain best practices for design excellence.
You will need
- 8+ years of product design experience with successful products.
- 2+ years of management experience supporting team members.
- Emotional insight in problem-solving and product creation.
- A motivated approach to align teams with vision and goals.
- A collaborative spirit as a team player with other professionals.
- The ability to thrive in dynamic environments and pivot quickly.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to foster team growth.
- Resourcefulness in overcoming challenges to achieve objectives.
