In this role, you will
- Lead multiple initiatives and omni-channel experiences.
- Simplify complex workflows and navigate ambiguity.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on Product Strategy.
- Build customer empathy through direct interactions.
- Balance customer needs with business strategy.
You will need
- 10+ years in Product, UX, or UI Design for SaaS and mobile products.
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, competitive analysis, testing).
- Strong skills in contributing to Design Systems.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience mentoring other designers.
