In this role, you will

You will need
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Proven ability to lead and expand high-performance design teams
- Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with Figma and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- A balanced approach to decision-making
- Strong organizational skills
