In this role, you will
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver experiences across web and mobile.
- Design and iterate on product features ensuring usability and accessibility.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and advocate for users.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Work with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure impactful experiences.
- Maintain design consistency in our design system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
You will need
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer, preferably in a tech and/or startup environment.
- A showcase of thoughtfully crafted, impactful solutions that address ambiguous, real-world user challenges.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Skilled in using Figma, including creating and managing design systems.
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability testing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Meticulous eye for detail, consistency, and quality.
- Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
