In this role, you will
- Be the accountable lead for the design team and user experience.
- Establish and own design processes across solutions.
- Support research, accessibility, usability testing and design systems.
- Champion product design and user experience across the organization.
You will need
- Experience managing and organising a team of product/UX designers.
- A background in user-centred design, preferably in financial services.
- Experience in scaling product design systems for SaaS solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to balance priorities.
