In this role, you will
- Design and implement patterns and components that meet current needs
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers
- Champion our design system by providing training and support
- Share your knowledge across Qonto to enhance collaboration
You will need
- Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams
- Strong design craft skills for both desktop and mobile UI
- Proactive and autonomous work style with a focus on improvement
- Fluency in English
