In this role, you will
- Design solutions for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) offerings that enhance healthcare delivery.
- Conduct user research, including interviews and surveys, and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Lead and manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions effectively.
You will need
- 4-5+ years of experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Angular and Javascript.
