In this role, you will
- Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller.
- Build an understanding of our members to nurture product thinking.
- Maintain strong relationships and collaborate with product managers.
- Mentor junior designers.
- Deliver a UI consistent with Alanβs brand.
- Evaluate and maintain the quality of Alanβs product.
You will need
- 5 years of experience designing products.
- Experience in shipping high-quality products within a team.
- Coaching experience with junior designers.
- Proven expertise in UX, UI, and visual design.
- Fluency in English (French is not mandatory).
