In this role, you will
- Create motion graphics, UI/UX animations, storyboards, and 3D animations with a team.
- Own stand-alone projects from concept to completion.
- Think strategically and solve problems in a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with design and development partners to translate motion across screens.
- Communicate effectively with producers to execute project tasks.
- Be an industry expert, embodying motion design and digital culture.
- Manage multiple projects and support studio-wide needs.
You will need
- 5+ years' experience in motion design or animation.
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing your role clearly in each project.
- Fluency in interactive design and motion tools.
- Ability to generate unique design directions independently.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- A mind for best practices while being open to innovative ideas.
- Efficient workflow organization for collaborative efforts.
- A self-directed work ethic in a collaborative setting.
- Confidence and humility when working with cross-disciplinary teams.
