In this role, you will
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teammates for solutions.
- Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production.
- Establish and lead the design function for your product area.
- Create beautiful, usable, valuable product experiences.
You will need
- 7+ years experience designing exceptional product experiences.
- Contributions to at least one onchain app or experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading design function across a product area.
- Ability to own end-to-end design process from initial concept to final implementation including user research, prototype testing, and quantitative methods.
- Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to drive and influence product decisions and strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
