Senior Product Designer

In this role, you will

• Team up with product and tech teams to shape a cutting-edge SaaS solution.
• Sketch out the main designs for our products and work on improvements.
• Maintain and improve our design system in line with best market principles.
• Define the product by crafting wireframes, wireflows, and interface layouts.
• Conduct user research to discover client needs through interviews, benchmarking, and usability testing.
• Write simple product specifications outlining functionality, design, and user experience requirements.

You will need

• 4+ years of commercial experience in digital product design (preferably in product-based companies).
• A keen eye for current visual design trends and a skillful application to our products.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user psychology.
• Experience optimizing conversion rates on high-volume websites.
• Ability to derive meaningful conclusions from qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Hotjar, and Jira.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written (minimum C1).
