In this role, you will
- Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to identify pain points.
- Create impactful and elegant solutions at a rapid pace.
- Think strategically about the product, connecting the missing dots from high level.
- Present design work and articulate design decisions effectively.
- Take ownership of the design process from ideation through to final release.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.
- Build and update components within the Design system.
You will need
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and app.
- Strong UX and UI knowledge, along with experience in design systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- The ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with the end-to-end development process, from ideation to design QA.
- Passion for design and innovation.
