In this role, you will
- Drive new product strategy, development, and execution, particularly on our tele-health product.
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to define both long-term strategies and short-term tactics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams on UX/UI projects.
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership.
You will need
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills in balancing flexibility, power, and ease of use in design.
- Experience designing for business and developer-focused products.
- The ability to communicate your work effectively to cross-functional partners.
- A service-minded approach towards users and colleagues while prioritizing project and team balance.
- Proficiency with Figma and comfort in designing UI/UX.
