Senior Growth Product Designer

In this role, you will

• Improve the Oviva Patient Acquisition Funnel.
• Collaborate continuously with product managers and engineers.
• Deliver design solutions based on user needs and organizational objectives.
• Utilize A/B testing platforms and analytics tools.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.

You will need

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer focusing on growth-oriented design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design solutions that drive user engagement.
• Proficiency in Figma and user research tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
• Understanding of behavioral psychology.
• Experience in nutritional care or behavior change companies is advantageous.
