In this role, you will
- Oversee a team of Product Designers
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders
- Shape the design vision and establish best practices
- Drive growth and adoption of our design system β Backpack
You will need
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design
- 5+ years managing Product Designers
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
