In this role, you will
- Lead design direction and own the end-to-end user journey
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team, CTO, and product manager
- Conduct user discovery and gather feedback to inform design
- Utilize Figma for design execution, prototyping, and visual design
- Participate in ideation sessions with founders
You will need
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- A familiarity with B2B financial products and crypto is beneficial
