In this role, you will
- Research and design solutions for the Pipelines squad.
- Prioritize projects while working closely with your squad.
- Measure the success of new features.
- Push the design team towards impactful experiences through feedback and accountability.
You will need
- 3+ years of experience in software product design.
- Ability to navigate complex software and technical constraints.
- Strong communication skills in design execution.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with design systems and user research.
- Comfortable working across time zones.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
