In this role, you will
- Work with cross-functional partners to define a long-term UX vision for the product.
- Co-lead the definition of product strategy, roadmap, and project direction.
- Build understanding of customersβ needs through research and data.
- Design and ship net-new and iterative projects that deliver value.
- Contribute to the product design leadership community.
- Champion the design system and help evolve it through product work.
- Mentor and coach other designers to ensure high-quality experiences.
You will need
- Demonstrated experience leading design direction across multiple teams.
- Comfort in working with executive stakeholders and shaping business decisions.
- Ability to design and ship customer-facing products effectively.
- Strong advocacy for high design quality and accessibility across screen sizes.
