In this role, you will
- Oversee design work that impacts the daily experiences of our customers and teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams.
You will need
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with 4+ years in management.
- Experience in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- A background in establishing and improving design processes.
- A track record of collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
- Ability to work roughly US east coast time zone hours.
