In this role, you will
- Lead and contribute to the development of company objectives and principles.
- Provide thought leadership and work on broader organization projects.
- Collaborate with Design, Research, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Contribute to the development of our design system.
- Drive accessibility standards.
- Solve complex design problems through stakeholder workshops.
- Provide mentorship to other team members.
You will need
- 8+ years of experience in design.
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing product design and design systems.
- Experience with mobile, web, and consumer devices.
- Exceptional visual and UI design skills.
- Experience with complex design systems.
- Strong understanding of accessibility.
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Brand.
- Mastery of Figma.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, InVision and Zeplin.
