In this role, you will
- Lead design projects within the operations team.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to develop solutions for employee experience.
- Maintain the company's WordPress instance and its content.
- Assist Senior Designers with user testing and projects.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.
You will need
- 1-2+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software (Figma) and content management systems (WordPress, Contentful, etc.).
- Understanding of design systems and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Empathy, curiosity, and a passion for user behavior.
