In this role, you will
- Support product design efforts in the Loans area, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with product owners and managers to define product strategies.
- Conduct data-driven experiments and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Communicate and interface effectively with development teams to ensure design viability.
- Utilize the Design System for overall product enhancements and maintenance.
- Raise design quality standards within the UX team through collaboration.
You will need
- Experience in Product Design, specifically in Loans and Credit projects.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process with a focus on data-driven experimentation.
- Capability to formulate hypotheses, create experiments, and establish success metrics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts to various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices across different devices.
- Organizational skills for maintaining clear user documentation.
