In this role, you will
- Lead design efforts throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Build and strengthen a world class design team.
- Actively coach the team and enhance UX skillsets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and UX.
You will need
- 5+ years of managing UX teams in agile, user-centric environments.
- Proven success in B2B product development for medium and enterprise customers.
- Experience in a SaaS setting.
- Ability to foster collaborative cultures across teams.
