In this role, you will
- Design accessible and innovative product experiences for students.
- Collaborate closely with the UX research team and perform generative and evaluative research.
- Create design artifacts to define the Assessments team within the organizational product portfolio.
- Design WCAG AA-compliant widgets for content delivery.
- Contribute to components and style guide documentation for the design system.
- Ideate on leveraging generative AI features for assessment content development.
- Partner with user research and data teams to enhance user experience based on insights.
You will need
- 6+ years of relevant experience on an in-house product design team.
- 5+ years conducting research with a UX research team.
- 4+ years designing accessible experiences.
- Strong skills in interaction design, prototyping, and information architecture.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and engage with Senior Leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A scrappy mentality and bias towards action.
