In this role, you will
- Design clear, engaging end-to-end experiences for our customers.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
- Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions.
- Break down complex problems into user journeys and prototypes.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience.
- Share and receive feedback from design and product teams.
You will need
- Bachelor's in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Product Design experience.
- Experience with web-based SaaS platforms.
- Data visualization experience preferred.
- Proven problem-solving skills in technical products.
- Portfolio demonstrating your product design skills.
