In this role, you will
- Lead the experience direction for a product area within Gusto Pro
- Be involved in the entire product development process from research to launch
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand customer problems
- Collaborate with Research, Data Science, and Customer Support teams
- Advocate for great UX and hold high standards for customer experience
- Drive team-wide impact through mentorship and collaboration
You will need
- 8+ years' Product Design experience
- A builder who loves being hands-on crafting high quality, high impact solutions
- Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys from software to service
- Strong understanding of common web patterns and foundations
- Strong opinions loosely held and a willingness to engage in constructive debates
- Strong UX craft โ ability to break down complex experiences
- Ability to embrace ambiguous situations as opportunities to create
- Passion for Gustoโs mission
