In this role, you will
- Develop and implement engineering vision and strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product and clinical teams.
- Establish engineering best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee resource allocation and budget management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and provide technical guidance.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts.
You will need
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Experience with prototyping tools and design systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
