In this role, you will
- Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design conversational interfaces for AI-driven interactions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices.
- Mentor and provide guidance to future team members.
You will need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, especially in fintech.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience designing conversational interfaces and familiarity with AI platforms.
- Knowledge of banking industry trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
