About the role
As a Senior Product Designer at Aircall, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that are both beautiful and functional. Your expertise in UX/UI design and user research will help drive the overall vision and strategy of our product design efforts, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our users.
Your mission @Aircall:
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product managers (PMs), engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that support Aircallโs strategy and ensure user satisfaction.
- Conduct and actively contribute to user experience research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Be involved in project framing, from initial concepts to release, including leading workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams.
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of our design system.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting and contributing to user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Bachelorโs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
