Responsibilities

  • Lead design effort as the first Product Designer in LATAM, collaborating with design teams in San Francisco and Paris.
  • Work on end-user and admin experience to enable exceptional service in Front.
  • Execute on and evolve the design system by designing, refining, and documenting components.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define project requirements.
  • Design and communicate your vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes.
  • Drive business goals through effective design solutions.
  • Advocate for users in product decisions, balancing tradeoffs and user experiences.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive design culture within a multicultural team.

Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping world-class products.
  • A portfolio showing an understanding of the design process, refined UX/UI skills, and holistic system thinking.
  • Experience maintaining clean design system documentation.
  • Low ego and eagerness for constructive feedback.
  • Collaborative approach believing in partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their problems.
  • Strong English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with SaaS, B2B, or complex systems is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in Argentina or Chile.
