The role

  • Influence the user experience: Take ownership of the end-to-end design process across the Avrios product lifecycle, from product discovery to defining the vision for impactful user experiences.
  • Collaborate as a true partner: Work closely with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers to conduct deep user research, ensuring the team truly understands and delivers on user needs.
  • Drive design decisions: Lead conversations with peer Product Designers to propose, refine, and commit to final UX and UI deliverables while fostering a culture of feedback and iteration.
  • Shape the future of our design system: Maintain, enhance, and design its evolution, enabling designers across teams to deliver an exceptional and cohesive 360Β° customer experience.

What makes this role special

  • Empowered by leadership: Our leadership team is incredibly open, fostering a bottom-up culture where your ideas matter, and you can help shape the direction of design.

  • Proven project leadership: You have successfully driven medium design projects, applying user-centered design methodologies and research to address complex product challenges.
  • Business impact understanding: You know how product design contributes to achieving business objectives and strategy.
  • Impressive portfolio: Your work demonstrates a user-centered approach, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail (please share a link to your portfolio with your application).
  • Design system experience: You’ve maintained and evolved design systems, enabling consistent and effective design language across all touchpoints.
  • Team-oriented mindset: You value a positive culture of collaboration, frequent feedback, and mutual respect to drive a strong team.
