What youโll do
- Youโll deliver impactful insights across all product teams by identifying and executing on user research opportunities, directly supporting Ecosiaโs strategic goals.
- Youโll act as a strategic consultant to product counterparts by collaborating with product designers and product managers to shape and inform different areas of the product through research-backed recommendations.
- Youโll be building up our user research repository and optimizing its usage (UserTesting, Lyssna, Looker, Airtable are just some of the tools we use)
- Youโll play a crucial role in the creation and maintenance of a user research roadmap, supporting product teams and broader strategic initiatives
- Youโll educate on and evangelize user research findings to grow Ecosiaโs user-centricity, ensuring products resonate with our user base.
- Youโll work closely with our Data Team and Product leads team to grow the understanding of data insights and balance large scale quantitative experiments with qualitative insight.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience as a user researcher, ideally with a focus on supporting multiple teams or working in a cross-functional environment.
- Proven experience using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as building Personas and user journeys.
- Experience using a variety of research and data analysis tools and usability testing platforms.
- Strong ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating persuasive narratives, and prioritizing findings in teamsโ roadmaps
- Ability to align and prioritize research activities with company goals and strategic priorities in order to maximize impact.
Nice to haves:
- Experience building Research repositories (Dovetail, Enjoy HQ, etc)
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience conducting research in support of inclusive design.
- Experience reviewing and sharing insights on isolated interaction patterns etc
