Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of designers working across multiple EPD squads.
- Bring new capabilities to the Vanta platform for a wide range of customers.
- Ensure coherence across teams in design, workflows, and mental models.
- Coach and mentor a team of Product Designers for high performance.
- Maintain high standards for customer experience, design quality, and team cohesion.
- Establish partnerships with Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, creating the design vision for your domain.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, with deep experience in complex B2B and B2C SaaS products.
- 3+ years of experience in building and managing design teams.
- High standard of B2B design quality and craftsmanship.
- Track record of producing impactful designs.
- Experience in partnering with product management and engineering.
- Passion for leading and coaching teams.
- Curiosity about AI and cybersecurity.
