Zapier is on a mission to make automation work for everyone, and we're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Workflow Runner teamβthe engine that powers automation at Zapier. This is one of the most complex and business-critical systems at Zapier, and in this role, you will define and drive a strategy to improve its reliability, scalability, and capabilities.Your Work Responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the workflow runner.
- Partner with staff engineers, SREs, and other product teams to understand complex infrastructure needs.
- Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to understand and address enterprise challenges.
- Connect directly with customers to deeply understand their needs.
- Prioritize between system-level scalability and reliability improvements and customer facing features.
About You
- You have 5+ years of experience as a product manager working on technical SaaS products.
- You have strong technical skills to minimize technical debt.
- You excel in turning vision into goals and maintaining a cross-functional team.
- You are data-driven and can support decision-making with analytics.
- You are a skilled written communicator.
