Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user experiences that boost engagement, retention and monetization;
- Collaborate closely with PM and tech-leads;
- Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that support rigorous A/B testing and data-informed decisions;
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement;
- Analyze data and user feedback to refine designs continuously and optimize the overall user experience;
- Effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across cross-functional teams;
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in high-growth mobile B2C environments;
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects;
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles with an eye for both aesthetics and functionality;
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and iterative design processes that drive measurable results;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for experimenting;
